Lot 1 - Main residence on approximately 3.7 acres (1.5 ha)
Lot 2 - Gate Lodge and Old Summerhouse on approximately 19 acres (7.7 ha)
Lot 3 - Entire property on approximately 22.7 acres (9.2 ha)

Auction Overview

How to Participate in the Multi-Lot Auction:

• The auctioneer will first invite bids for individual lots, then invite bids for the entire property as one lot.
• The auctioneer and vendor will then decide whether to sell the property as individual lots or as one entire lot.
• Bidders interested in a particular lot should bid their maximum on that lot, as there is no guarantee that they will have a second opportunity.
• If the lots are sold individually, the auctioneer may reopen bidding with new reserve prices set for each lot.
• When the bidding reaches the reserve price, this will be clearly displayed.
• If the property is sold as one entire lot, the auctioneer may reopen bidding for the entire property with a reserve price.
• Properties will only be sold when the reserve price is reached.
• The bidder deposit will become non-refundable when the reserve price is reached, and the property is sold to the highest bidder.
• The balance of the 10% deposit must be paid to the Auctioneer by 11th September 2025.
